Jamaica Inn

Started watching Hitchcock's Jamaica Inn the other day. Can't get into it. I typically love Hitchcock films, but this one is just not bringing me in.

Don't get me wrong, the scene of the ship beaching and all bloody hell breaking looks is pretty compelling. Maybe it was seeing Charles Laughton eating. I'll give it a half-hour. If not, delete from Tivo.
