Well, the obvious ones are that both characters are looking in different directions in the second photo. If there is any other difference besides a slight change in light coming in through the window, I'll need to study these further.

Debbie - I found four, all involving the positioning of Bob and Ed. I'll give you the different photo ID Nos, the 2nd one being a tad blurry.
For the Reccord: Difference #3 - Edmund's right foot is off the floor in the 1st photo; Difference #4 - Bob's left arm can't be seen in the 1st photo, but it is in front of Edmund's right arm in the 2nd. Definitely not as interesting as Carrie's clown in the window, but ...
