A Handsome Dude in Any Form

The artist's signature is Sotero.  Haven't discovered anything about him/her, except that I did run across drawings of William Powell and Joan Crawford by the same artist.  So, it was probably a promotional campaign of MGM's.  Joan's is dated 1938.  I so admire the ability to capture a likeness with so few strokes.  The rather faint tuxedo collar and tie, Bob's furrowed brow ... nifty.

Thanks! Yes, classy ... both the drawing and the subject.

Probably, it's Sotero Cosme, a Brazilian Art Deco illustrator. I saw Myrna Loy's caricature done in this style, too.
