Screen actors Robert Montgomery, left, and Ronald Reagan, right, are pictured in the sidelines at the House Un-American Activities Committee hearing on Hollywood communism after Montgomery left the witness stand.  In his concluding statement to the probers, Montgomery said:  "The impression is gathered that only a small minority in Hollywood is fighting communism and fascism.  This is exactly the reverse of the picture."  10/23/47
