Heh, lol!
Actually ... but not as much fun ... Bob did a lot of master of ceremonies kind of things for charities and what have you. I'm guessing this typically huge party would have need of him, if just to handle judging best costume duties. He's holding what could be cards, notes on jokes, etc. Just guessing. Or maybe he got to the party late and came direct from the studio ... wearing his at work tux!
