Yeah, yeah, I'm four years late on this news item - but it's the first I've heard of it: Veronica Lake's ashes found in NY antique store.
I enjoy visiting antique stores and always wonder what I'll find in the next aisle. Er, I think I'll skip movie star ashes, thank you.

Okay, that made me laugh, lol - and a bit sad. Poor Veronica, not getting the respect and dignity - I mean, an antique store?
That's why I'm partial to burial myself...

Stories are always welcome! Sadly, it sounds like Veronica's stardom didn't really last past the screen as she got older.
