Yes, nifty chair. Like how the wings extend all the way down the length of the arms. This appears to be from the photo shoot for the Nov. 1938 issue of House and Garden, same suit and tie..and what a tie, rows of film reels, I'm guessing. Too much.
I pegged it later than '38...oh well! House & Garden, eh? There'd be an article to find!
