OH WOW! Who owns the robe? Where is it? I've wondered if any of his stuff had survived.
Debbie, didn't mean to be a tease. ALL I know is the robe was used to advertise an auction of his clothing by an East Coast firm in 2005. I wish I knew the answers to your questions! I'm sure there are bits and pieces of Bob stuff out there, but as to what happened to his papers, all the pictures and film footage he took on the sets of his movies, etc. --- to my knowledge a frustrating disappearing act. Drats!
